Deposit Policy

Pierce of Art, 2 Central Road, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7BH has a strict deposit policy regarding appointments.

All bookings for tattoos require a minimum of 50% of the total to secure your booking. Our strict policies regarding deposits are there to help reduce hasty, spur of the moment bookings and time wasters

 

Refunds Policy

During the case of a ‘no show’ or an appointment that is to be moved with less than 2 working days confirmed notice prior to the appointment you will lose all of your deposit. Staff’s time has been allocated for your appointment, prep work, research undergone. The deposit will go towards covering these costs and some of the time lost.

If 3 or more working days notice is given, we can move your appointment to suit, or if the appointment is filled the deposit can be refunded. However if we can not fill your appointment deposits will be refunded in the form of vouchers. Unless they have paid with vouchers then vouchers will be refunded, these will be valid for 6 months.

If for any reason your tattoo artist is not available (i.e. through illness) then we can offer an alternative appointment upon the artists return, or a full refund cash or card payment will be made to the client.

In the case of the client changing their mind about having a tattoo at Pierce of Art Alfreton and in line with the above notice requirement of this refund policy, vouchers will be given according to the notice period given by the client. The vouchers can be used by any allocated person and has an expiry date of 6 months after issue date.

Notice

Once more we stress that our deposits are there to ensure we eradicate hasty, spur of the moment bookings and time wasters. Please do your research into your chosen tattoo and artist prior to booking your appointment with us. By paying your deposit you are agreeing to the above terms.
