You must check the balls on your jewellery regularly to ensure they are tight. Clean your hands thoroughly and turn the ball to the right. Righty Tighty!

  • Wash your hands before and after cleaning your piercing

  • Do not touch your piercing, aside from cleaning

  • Do not twist/turn/play with your jewellery

  • Do not change your jewellery before your piercing is healed

  • Use sterile saline spray twice a day

  • Use sterile gauze/kitchen towel to lightly pat dry

  • Avoid makeup/cream/spray on your new piercing

  • Avoid sleeping on your new piercing

  • Make sure to downsize your jewellery where appropriate

All healing times are approximate, every body is individual and heals at different rates. Remember to be patient and take good care of your new piercing!
